Cross/longitudinal ultrasound testing of railway axles

The purpose of the device, which is intended for 3-shift operation, is to ensure 100% automatic internal control volume defects of railway axles (of different sizes) by ultrasound (UZ) excluding the possibility influencing the recorded test parameters by the entity performing the inspection.

Ultrasound testing of railway wheels

The control station enables the automated inspection of rims of integral railway wheels for the presence of internal defects using two separately adjustable probes. The test is performed on the rim of a rotating wheel using two probes that scan the side surface and the running surface of the wheel rim.

Magnetic control of railway axles 

The stationary test device is intended for non-destructive electromagnetic defectoscopy of surface defects of railway axles.
